Herbal Immune and Respiratory Health Workshop

Learn about herbs that boost the immune system and support our respiratory health. As we enter respiratory illness season we’re offering an opportunity to understand how herbs can be beneficial during this time of year.  Practice making some recipes hands on and leave with samples of the products made during this workshop.
